Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Prepare the Filling
In a mixing bowl, combine cooked chicken, broccoli, Alfredo sauce, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Stir until evenly mixed.
Roll Out the Dough
On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle (about 12x8 inches). If using crescent roll dough, press the seams together to form a single sheet.
Add the Filling
Spoon the chicken and broccoli Alfredo mixture down the center of the dough, leaving about 2–3 inches of space on each side.
Seal the Bread
Cut slits along the sides of the dough, about 1 inch apart, creating strips. Fold the strips over the filling, alternating sides to create a braided pattern. Pinch the ends to seal.
Brush and Bake
Transfer the stuffed bread to the prepared baking sheet. Brush the top with beaten egg for a golden finish. Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through.
Optional Garnish
If desired, brush the bread with melted butter mixed with garlic powder for extra flavor. Sprinkle with parsley before serving.
Serve and Enjoy
Allow the bread to cool for 5 minutes before slicing. Serve warm as a main dish or appetizer.
