Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts trimmed and halved
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup breadcrumbs preferably panko
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil for easy cleanup.
  • Trim and halve the Brussels sprouts. In a large mixing bowl, toss them with olive oil until evenly coated.
  • In a small bowl, combine the grated Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, black pepper, salt, and red pepper flakes (if using).
  • Sprinkle the Parmesan mixture evenly over the Brussels sprouts, pressing gently to help the mixture stick.
