Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line it with aluminum foil.
Prepare the Sauce:
In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, vinegar, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Coat the Chicken:
Place the chicken in the baking dish and pour the honey garlic sauce over it. Turn the chicken pieces to coat them evenly.
Bake the Chicken:
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove the foil, baste the chicken with the sauce, and bake uncovered for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F/74°C) and the glaze is sticky and caramelized.
Thicken the Sauce (Optional):
If you prefer a thicker sauce, transfer the pan juices to a small saucepan. Mix 1 tablespoon of cornstarch with 2 tablespoons of water to make a slurry.
Heat the sauce over medium heat, stir in the slurry, and cook until thickened.
Serve:
Drizzle the sauce over the chicken and garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions.
Serve with rice, mashed potatoes, or steamed vegetables.
