Easy Quick Banana Bread

A simple and delicious banana bread recipe that requires minimal ingredients and time, perfect for using up overripe bananas.

Ingredients
  

  • 3 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/3 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Mix Ingredients: In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth. Stir in the melted butter.
  • Combine: Mix in the baking soda and salt. Then, stir in the sugar, beaten egg, and vanilla extract. Finally, add the flour and mix until just combined.
  • Pour Batter: Pour the batter into a greased loaf pan.
  • Bake: Bake in the preheated oven for 60-65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Cool and Serve: Let the banana bread cool in the pan for about 10 minutes, then transfer it to a wire rack to cool completely before slicing.
