These Crispy Parmesan Baked Potato Wedges are the perfect combination of crispy, cheesy, and flavorful. Seasoned to perfection with garlic, herbs, and a generous sprinkle of Parmesan, they make an excellent side dish, appetizer, or snack.
- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
- Optional Dipping Sauce:
- Ranch ketchup, or your favorite dipping sauce
Preheat the Oven:
