Ingredients
  

  • 4 medium russet potatoes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning or dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
  • Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
  • Optional Dipping Sauce:
  • Ranch ketchup, or your favorite dipping sauce

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven:
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup.
  • Prepare the Potatoes:
  • Wash and scrub the potatoes thoroughly. Cut each potato into wedges by slicing it in half lengthwise, then cutting each half into 3-4 wedges.
  • Season the Wedges:
  • In a large mixing bowl, toss the potato wedges with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper until evenly coated.
  • Add the Parmesan:
  • Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the seasoned wedges and toss again to ensure each piece is coated.
  • Arrange and Bake:
  • Place the wedges on the prepared baking sheet in a single layer, ensuring they’re not overcrowded. Bake for 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the wedges are golden brown and crispy.
  • Garnish and Serve:
  • Remove the potato wedges from the oven and sprinkle with fresh parsley. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
