- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce adjust to taste
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese optional
- Fresh parsley chopped (for garnish)
Cook the Pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
