Prepare the Salmon:
Pat the salmon pieces dry with paper towels and season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Sear the Salmon Bites:
Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the salmon bites to the skillet, cooking for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the salmon and set aside.
Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Stir in the chicken broth and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream. Stir well and let it simmer until slightly thickened, about 3-4 minutes.
Mix in the Parmesan cheese and lemon juice, stirring until the cheese melts and the sauce is smooth.
Combine:
Return the salmon bites to the skillet, spooning the sauce over them. Let the salmon simmer in the sauce for 1-2 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Serve:
Plate the salmon bites with your choice of sides, such as steamed vegetables, rice, or pasta. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
