Ingredients
  

  • For the Salmon Bites:
  • 1 pound fresh salmon fillet skin removed, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley chopped (optional, for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the Salmon:
  • Pat the salmon pieces dry with paper towels and season with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Sear the Salmon Bites:
  • Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the salmon bites to the skillet, cooking for 2-3 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through. Remove the salmon and set aside.
  • Make the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
  • In the same skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  • Stir in the chicken broth and let it simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Lower the heat and pour in the heavy cream. Stir well and let it simmer until slightly thickened, about 3-4 minutes.
  • Mix in the Parmesan cheese and lemon juice, stirring until the cheese melts and the sauce is smooth.
  • Combine:
  • Return the salmon bites to the skillet, spooning the sauce over them. Let the salmon simmer in the sauce for 1-2 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  • Serve:
  • Plate the salmon bites with your choice of sides, such as steamed vegetables, rice, or pasta. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.
