Prepare the Fries:
Preheat your oven according to the package instructions for the fries.
Spread the fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake until crispy and golden, following package instructions or your preferred recipe for homemade fries.
Cook the Steak and Vegetables:
While the fries are baking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the sliced ribeye steak, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add the sliced bell pepper and onion. Sauté until softened and caramelized, about 5-6 minutes.
Assemble the Fries:
Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and set the oven to broil.
Arrange the fries on an oven-safe dish or leave them on the baking sheet.
Top the fries with the cooked steak, followed by the sautéed peppers and onions.
Sprinkle shredded provolone and mozzarella cheeses evenly over the top.
Melt the Cheese:
Place the dish under the broiler for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly. Keep a close eye to avoid burning.
Add Cheez Whiz (Optional):
If using Cheez Whiz, warm it according to the package instructions and drizzle over the top of the melted cheese.
Garnish and Serve:
Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley if desired.
Serve immediately and enjoy!
