Cook the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Add the bow tie pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cook the Chicken:
In a large skillet or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat.
Add the chicken pieces and season with salt and pepper.
Cook the chicken until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
Prepare the Garlic Parmesan Sauce:
In the same skillet, add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
Stir in the heavy cream and Italian seasoning. Simmer for a few minutes until the sauce begins to thicken.
Combine Everything:
Reduce the heat to low and add the grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
Return the cooked chicken to the skillet and stir to coat in the sauce.
Add the cooked bow tie pasta to the skillet and toss to combine with the chicken and sauce.
Serve:
Garnish the pasta with chopped fresh parsley and additional Parmesan cheese if desired.
Serve the Garlic Parmesan Chicken Bow Tie Pasta hot and enjoy!
