Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb large shrimp peeled and deveined (tails on or off, as preferred)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes optional for heat
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley chopped, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking dish or line a sheet pan with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • Prepare the Shrimp
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, red pepper flakes (if using), salt, and pepper. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss to coat evenly with the seasoning mixture.
  • Arrange and Bake
  • Spread the seasoned shrimp in a single layer on the prepared baking dish or sheet pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the shrimp are pink, opaque, and curled.
  • Add Lemon and Garnish
  • Remove the shrimp from the oven and drizzle with fresh lemon juice. Sprinkle with chopped parsley for a burst of freshness.
