Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast diced
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 12 oz penne or rotini pasta
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Cook the pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  • In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
  • Add the cooked bacon to the skillet with the chicken. Stir to combine.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chicken and bacon mixture, ranch dressing, sour cream, ranch seasoning, and half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses. Mix well.
  • Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Top with the remaining mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let the dish cool for a few minutes before serving.
