- 2 cups cooked chicken breast diced
- 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
- 12 oz penne or rotini pasta
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cook for 5-7 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
Add the cooked bacon to the skillet with the chicken. Stir to combine.
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, chicken and bacon mixture, ranch dressing, sour cream, ranch seasoning, and half of the mozzarella and cheddar cheeses. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Top with the remaining mozzarella, cheddar, and Parmesan cheeses.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let the dish cool for a few minutes before serving.
