Best Baked Chicken + Broccoli & Dill Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 bunch broccoli cut into florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven:
  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  • Prepare the Chicken:
  • In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • Brush the chicken breasts with the olive oil mixture, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  • Place the chicken breasts on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Prepare the Broccoli:
  • In a mixing bowl, toss the broccoli florets with a bit of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Arrange the broccoli around the chicken on the baking sheet.
  • Bake:
  • Bake the chicken and broccoli in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the broccoli is tender. The internal temperature of the chicken should reach 165°F (75°C).
  • Prepare the Dill Sauce:
  • While the chicken and broccoli are baking, prepare the dill sauce.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, fresh dill, lemon juice, and minced garlic until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Serve:
  • Once the chicken and broccoli are done baking, remove them from the oven.
  • Serve the baked chicken and broccoli with a generous drizzle of the dill sauce.
